City/town: Malmö, Sweden Customer: Glädjen housing cooperative in Malmö Contact at Aptus: Christer Olsson, tel +46 725-42 88 22, email@example.com About the project: Glädjen housing cooperative has no laundry room problems after installing a booking system. Tenants just book the laundry room using their computer at home or through their smartphone app. They can use the same system to book time for the Jacuzzi, gazebo, solarium or sauna. To keep unauthorized individuals from entering the building, code locks were replaced with entry phones. Now it is easier to enter the building and tenants can receive spontaneous visitors without having to run down to open the door. Key management can be inconvenient. That’s why the association installed the Yale Doorman electronic lock for some apartments. The lock is loaded with smart functions. One function allows residents to choose whether or not they want automatic locking.
