About the project:

Diamanten 2 invested in perimeter protection with an electronic lock system. After an analysis, the cooperative housing association chose the Aptus system. This investment allows the housing cooperative to minimize key management and keep out uninvited guests.

The Ringa 1707 entry phone welcomes residents and visitors at the entrances. An entry phone allows the apartment owners to be their own security guards. With a Ringa 1707 there is no need to change names manually; changes made in the system appear immediately on the display.

“Ringa 1707 is a reliable and durable product. It has a clear display with a tenant directory. And it’s equipped with both a reader and codes, which makes it extremely flexible,” says Christer Holtmark, board member of the cooperative.
