About the project:

The building is located at Vestergade 7 in Horsens and has 32 apartments. Aptus provided the access control system, booking system, entry phone and communication system. Each apartment has a Samsung tablet with a housing app. Because of the flexibility of the tablets the association avoids apartments with stationary screens that quickly become outdated. The tablet allows tenants to monitor their consumption of electricity, water and heating, as well as to see for themselves where energy-saving measures in the home can help them save money.

They can also see who is calling on the entry phone, book the laundry room, read the weather report and bus timetable, while keeping an eye on the apartment’s total housing costs using the tablet.
