Everyone knows it’s wasteful to wash dishes under running water, but it’s not until the bill arrives that the cost hits them. We provide personal water, heating and electricity metering. Tenants can monitor their consumption via Aptusportal. The property owner can connect the system to the billing system so that tenants only pay for their own energy consumption.
