Alarms

Our goal is to create safe, secure, pleasant residential environments. And providing you with alarm products that are easy to use and specially designed for apartments helps us achieve that goal.

Our burglar, flood and fire alarms are connected directly to an alarm center with email and text messaging. Just to be really on the safe side we provide secondary alarming via GSM, for example to a glazier who can quickly arrive on scene whenever a window is broken. And so that you can feel extra secure we also offer an IP alarm that is directly connected to Securitas; the alarm reacts immediately if any of the above alarms are unable to communicate.

The alarm system can be supplemented with individual measurement data for integration with our entry phone, access control, communications and lock systems.

Relax. Our control units know what’s going on inside a building, whether it’s an access system with just a few doors or a gigantic system with thousands of doors.

They have dynamic memories, which means you get to choose your priorities. Our control units communicate via networks, modem or GSM. And to just make sure the systems are truly secure, all communication between control units and computers is encrypted. We use 128-bit encryption and two-way communications.
